General Terms
All members, employees, agents, users, and clients shall not harm Operis Systems or its computer systems, programming, or other persons using Operis Systems's services.
Prohibited Materials
All members, employees, agents, users, and clients shall not attempt to use Operis Systems or it's services or systems for purposes with any characteristics or natures listed in this section. All employees, agents, users, and clients shall not provide to Operis Systems or place on any system of Operis Systems material with any characteristics or natures listed in this section.
- Pornography or any form of nudity;
- Hate-speech, terroristic, harassing, or libel;
- Violation(s) of intellectual property rights;
- Violation(s) of human rights;
- Violation(s) of privacy;
- Violation(s) of of the laws of the United States of America, the State of Alabama, or the State of Georgia;
- Detrimental to public or personal health, safety, or welfare;
- Unethical;
- Support of spamming;
- Damaging software.
Recourse in the Event of Breach
In the event a member, employee, agent, user, or client breaches this policy, Operis Systems may execute any legal means it chooses to resolve disputes, repair damages, stop current or future breaches, or verify that future breaches do not occur including, but not limited to, recovering damages, suspending and terminating accounts and agreements, and contacting relevant authorities.
Amendment
Operis Systems may amend this policy at any time as the result of current events, new technology, legal agreements, and or legal changes. Operis Systems may amend this policy at any time, and without cause, to add clarification. Within 30 days after amendment of this policy, all current members, employees, agents, users, and clients shall receive a copy of or a hyperlink to the amended policy via the email address on file with Operis Systems.
Authority of Policy
This policy supersedes any and all policies and agreements in effect at/with Operis Systems.
